Step One - Design your Fundraiser Request an information packet and FREE sample by filling out the form on the main page (click here). You have complete control over what you choose to sell, the scents you wish to offer, and we can even work with you on pricing the products to fit your local economic climate.
Step Two - Get your participants FIRED UP and PREPARED Hold a team meeting and discuss goals and the details of the fundraiser. Set individual participant goals so that everyone has a concrete goal to attain. We will provide each of your participants a full color order form for all of the products that you choose to sell AND an informational flier detailing a bit about what makes these candles superior to any other that you've experienced.
We will work with you to help asertain individual participant goals - and can provide advice on how to get your group fired up and looking forward to selling the candles.
Step Three - Take Orders and Payments Participants take orders for a designated period of time. Customers are requested to pay when placing their order. Checks should be made payable to your organization (if this is not possible, they may be made payable to your candle fundraiser representative).
Step Four - Submit Orders and Payment Participants turn in orders and all payments to the fundraising coordinator within your group. The orders are tallied and the master order form (provided) is turned in to me with a check for the order total.
Your PROFITS are yours IMMEDIATELY - no waiting on us to cut you a check. The money is in your account at the end of your fundraiser so that you can start using it as needed.
Step Five - Deliver Candles Orders are delivered within 15 business days of submitting the order form and payment. Orders are shipped via UPS directly to your organization or delivered in person by one of our trained representatives in your area.
