| What type of fundraiser will work best for your group? |
Time Specific Fundraiser:
Your organization chooses a specific time period in which your participants
sell the product to friends, family, businesses, etc. You choose about 24 of
our scents (we have over 100 - and we can help you determine what the
best scents will be). We provide the order forms and an informational sheet
that details the unique aspects of these products. When the fundraiser is
over, you turn the completed master order form (provided) & payment to
your candle fundraiser representative.
Within 15 days of completing the fundraiser, your products will be delivered
to your organization for distribution. You may do AS MANY of these time-
specific fundraisers as you wish. Some groups do them every quarter –
choosing all NEW scents each time.
Regional economic conditions are factored in to your fundraising pricing
and profit structure. Therefore, these margins will be determined at time of
fundraiser set up. You may request a full fundraising packet here.
Ongoing & Online Fundraisers:
These work best for groups that do not have "man power" to go out and take
orders from the community. The groups that come to mind are non-profits
that have a very small office staff yet need to raise BIG money. Usually
these groups will have a large newsletter readership or a large support base
to which they can advertise the fundraiser.
Customers can choose to order in person at the "office" of the organization
using a regular paper order form OR they can order online using my online
order form.
In both cases, your organization then promotes the fundraiser to your
customers (newsletters, websites, word or mouth, etc.) making sure to let
them know they can order in person OR on the internet. Candles will be
delivered to your group headquarters for local "pick up" and can be shipped
directly to an out of state customer (customer pays shipping costs).
